Helping Young People Develop Into Their Future
We Are Imagine
Founded in 2021, Imagine Mentoring & Support is a service providing assessment, support and mentoring to children and young people. We offer Residential Children’s homes, for children aged 8-18, who have had adverse childhood experiences.
Our key objective as an organisation is to provide a continuity of support to children, young people and their families throughout their involvement with early help or social care services. Within our service we work hard to provide quality support and care that assists the young people and their families to make positive changes so that they can be resilient and successful in their future lives.
The Imagine Mentoring & Support team have many years collective service working in trusted Government and Health & Social Care roles, all practitioners are trauma informed and deliver the PACE model within their role, which allows us to deliver the highest levels of support and mentoring, making sure the young people and their families get the provision they need and deserve.
Here at Imagine, mentoring and support and care isn’t just our job, it is our passion too.

Caring
We care about families, children, young people, and our staff. We know trusting relationships help to transform lives. Our staff will work to promote positive relationships with children, young people, and their families and friends.
-
Partnership working
We understand that working in partnership is imperative to ensuring the best outcomes for families, children, and young people and that we cannot achieve this alone. We pledge to build professional relationships and that working in partnership will be at the forefront of all that we do.
-
Inclusion
We value and see strength in everyone. Our approach is founded on a commitment to equal opportunity, fair access, and individual human rights. We are respectful of every individual and believe every individual should be provided equal opportunities to access services that support their needs.
-
Flexible
We are flexible and agile so that we can adapt our services to meet the needs of the people we are working with. We do everything possible to be adaptable so that we can respond to the individual and changing needs of the children and young people we support. We also respond to the strategic plan of both central and local Governments as we do our commissioners.
-
Empowerment
We will provide families, children, and young people with the support they need to become resilient, self-sustaining, and achieve the best they can.
-
Accountability
We take accountability for all that we do, and we do not promise to provide services that we cannot deliver. We are honest about what we can do and optimistic about the future. We always strive to achieve more.
