Support & Mentoring

‘Invested in providing high-quality support within the community that makes a real, positive, and lasting difference in children, families, and young people’s lives.’

The Booth is a Community Interest Company that provides early help services to children, families and carers who need it the most. We have a community hub, which provides a safe, warm, supportive, and nurturing environment. We also provide community outreach services.

At the Booth, we are a group of early help professionals who work alongside multi-agency teams, to offer a clear plan of support, ambitious outcomes and prevent escalating needs for children in both the community, their family homes, and placements. Our aim is to take a whole family approach using evidenced-based early intervention so that families and children receive the right support at the right time, before reaching crisis. We aim to enable families to remain together where it is safe to do so, support to sustain children’s placements and provide move on support to equip children with the confidence, skills, and self-esteem that they need to become successfully independent.

The booth is an inclusive provider. We work to remove barriers of opportunity for children and young people accessing our service. As stated by the Rt Hon Bridget Phillipson MP, we believe that ‘Life shouldn’t come down to luck. Success belongs to each and every child’ and we want to contribute to a country ‘where all children grow up with the love, care and support they need to achieve and thrive.’
