Imagine Mentoring & Support is a company who offer support, mentoring and residential children’s care. When the company was established, our mission was to create a “sense of belonging to all” from the young people and children that we support, to our growing team of employees who are delivering our ethos and vision.

Our senior management team have many years of experience in the sector and believe in developing, mentoring and offering opportunity to everyone in the Imagine family. We believe in fostering positive relationships and we encourage strong bonds between children, young people and staff, we believe this gives young people the confidence they need to thrive and grow on their journey to independence.

Team work is key in everything that we do, we know that there can be some days that are harder than others in our line of work, so people are at the heart of every decision we make. We demonstrate a ‘Safer Recruitment’ process and all staff take part in a vigorous and thorough induction. We provide a supportive, inclusive environment ensuring all staff have an equal opportunity to further develop professionally, by means of training and working towards qualifications.

We are committed to ensuring all of our young people are safe and secure when with their support team, all staff must undergo an enhanced safeguarding process, this will include references and a full enhanced DBS screening
